24 year old Collins Okello has received quite the recognition for his portrait of President Uhuru in full military uniform.
He posted photos of the pencil art work on social media last week and is now on his way to State House to meet the Commander in Chief.
After that portrait went viral, I
remembered it’s not.
It’s credited to a guy by the name Ferguson.
So between Collins and Ferguson, who nailed
it?
